With the current economic conditions bringing overwhelming numbers of customers to our centers, the resulting activity increase, our own personal concern with the uncertainty of the economy and the increasing unemployment rates, stress and anxiety are even more rampant in our staff and our systems. Join two One-Stop program managers with an abundance of direct experience with these issues as they define stress, identify sources and symptoms, address a stronger understanding of the impacts of stress, and assist us to develop an action plan for coping with stress.
