Dorcas Washington has over 14 years of experience in Workforce Development programs. Her experience includes extensive responsibility in the implementation, management and operation of welfare reform initiatives and workforce center case management programs and training initiatives. Currently she provides operational leadership to three full service One Stop Centers in both urban and rural environments. She has both a Bachelor and Master degree in Human Resources and is a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP).
