Cindee Dresen is Director of Talent Development, Co-Director of Business & Industry Strategies Initiatives of Corporation for a Skilled Workforce. She helps address the talent development and management needs of CSW and the organization’s clients. Cindee develops strategies, tools and policies related to staffing, competency management, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, business social responsibility, and knowledge management. Her expertise lies in talent management, organizational development, public-private partnerships, process improvement, project management, curriculum planning, evaluation design, needs assessment processes, and market planning.
Prior to joining CSW, Cindee worked as the Training and Development Manager for the University of Michigan ’s Human Resources. She has managed organizations in both public and private sectors in higher education, business, and non-profit environments. Cindee holds a BBA degree in marketing from Eastern Michigan University and an MA degree in technology-mediated education from the University of Michigan. |
